Scholarship Committee
The Scholarship Committees’ purpose is to provide funds/money to Jones high school graduating seniors to assist with college expenses/tuition. U.M. Army
This mission ministry experience is for youth age 12 and above and involves the youth of the church with youth from throughout the Annual Conference in hands on mission helping the least and the last. Contact Louis Alexander youth@joneshigherwayumc.com
District Summer Camp
This one week summer camp experience is available for children and youth from elementary (entering the 4th grade) through high school graduating seniors. Camp Higher Way
Camp Higher Way is a program built on the mission of Jones Memorial UMC to live a life worthy of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ by obeying God's Word and following the Holy Spirit through acts of discipleship, service, witness, and love. We would like to do our part this summer in keeping the children in our program safe, help them to retain skills already mastered in school, as well as expand their academic horizons, and provide six weeks of fun, exercise, and new experiences. Youth
